Premier Multinational Engineering Specialist & Pioneer in Ultra-High Purity (UHP) processes seeks a Senior Welding Specialist / Welding Quality Engineer to lead WPS, PQR, and WQT documentation at the Gelang Patah facility. You will drive welding procedure development and ensure strict quality across stainless steel fabrication.

You will oversee welder qualification, NDT review, defect investigations, CAPA, and regulatory compliance (AWS/ASME/ISO/SEMI).

Competenze

• Experience leading WPS, PQR, WQT documentation.
• Hands-on welding engineering, inspection, and quality control.
• Familiar with welding maps, drawings, and standards.
• Strong technical communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mansioni

• Develop, review, and maintain WPS, PQR, and WQT documentation.
• Select welding processes and materials for high-purity stainless steel fabrication.
• Supervise welding operations and enforce procedure controls.
• Plan, witness, and document Welder Qualification Tests (WQT).
• Perform visual inspections and review NDT results, issue reports.
• Investigate defects and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with AWS, ASME, ISO, and SEMI codes.
