COWAY ENGINEERING & MARKETING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Machinist to operate WEDM and Super-drill machines, run programs, and ensure parts meet engineering and quality standards. The role includes supporting CNC milling programming and assemblies when required, with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in WEDM / CNC Milling machining.
Able to read, write and communicate in basic English.
Aerospace, Oil & gas, or Precision manufacturing experience preferred.
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems advantageous.
Cad drawing and design for WEDM / Super-drill machine use fixture.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate WEDM and Super-drill machines per job travelers.
Program, set up parts, perform dry runs and verify before production.
Perform in-process inspections and manage offsets.
Record part measurements and report deviations in ERP or process sheets.
Mentor junior machinists and support CNC milling programming and assemblies when needed.
Ensure safety, quality, and preventive maintenance.
