Job summary

OKX is building the core onchain data infrastructure to support Wallet, DEX, Explorer, and risk products. The team handles heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, and high concurrency while collaborating across product, security, and engineering teams.

We seek engineers with strong CS fundamentals and experience in backend, data processing, and AI-enabled automation. English proficiency and willingness to work across regions are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language.
• Hands-on experience in backend and distributed systems.
• Experience with real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage.
• Experience with high-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering.
• Experience in risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis.
• Proven use of AI tools to solve real problems and scale capabilities.
• Ability to work in English, or experience building global/multi-region systems.
• Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of key modules.
• Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities.
• Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms.
• Identify critical technical and business problems, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
• Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems with emphasis on reliability and cost efficiency.
• Use AI tools deeply, explore agents, intelligent investigation, and automation to create reusable capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
