About the Opportunity

We are building the OKX Web3 BI team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance, build user profiles, optimize product experience, and enhance data utilization efficiency. You will work closely with blockchain engineers, data warehouse developers, product operations, and business product managers to drive data-informed decisions and optimizations. Your primary responsibility is to develop product data tracking solutions, business data dashboards, analytical reports, and data-driven business insights to support growth and product iteration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute the data analytics roadmap to enhance data utilization efficiency and optimize product experience.
• Use data analytics to evaluate business performance, create detailed user profiles, and support decision-making for product and operational improvements.
• Design and implement event tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection for business analysis.
• Develop business data dashboards to provide real-time visualization of key business metrics.
• Generate analytical reports to support executive decision-making based on business priorities.
• Work closely with blockchain engineers, data warehouse developers, product operations, and business product managers to implement data-driven solutions.

What We Look For In You

• Knowledge of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of market trends.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Statistics or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or product management with methodology and practical experience of Business Intelligence Analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Amplitude) to build business data dashboards. Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analytics, with experience in blockchain data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and analysis capability.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with big data platforms such as Alibaba Dataworks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
• Expertise in data governance, data quality management, and data standardization.
• Familiarity with blockchain development and smart contract analytics.
