Senior Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)

Inform customers if there is cargo damage

Send stuffing / unstuffing photos to customers upon operation completion

Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers

Monitor warehouse inbound /outbound and its space management

Plan and distribute manpower / resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule

Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings

Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery drivers and collection drivers

Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing

Executive corrective action on safety non-conformance findings

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline
• Exposure to loose cargo & bulky cargo operations
• Experience in export / import cargo via Jurong Port is an added advantage
• Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment
• Experience to supervise 6 – 8 staff
• Possess a forklift licence
