Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to maintain inventory records and oversee the inventory control team. Responsibilities include conducting stocktakes, tracking various stock statuses, and coordinating with operations teams to improve inventory processes. A monthly rotating shift schedule is in place. Ideal candidates will possess experience in inventory management and a commitment to optimizing storage space.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and current inventory records within the system.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and scheduled cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and restricted stock, and propose corrective measures.
• Supervise, train, and manage the inventory control team.
• Coordinate with operations teams and suppliers to support smooth inventory movement.
• Create, review, and enforce inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize storage space.

Job description

Basic information:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm/8.30pm - 5.30am (Monthly rotating shift)
• Basic UP $3400
• Location: East
