Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Hands-on TypeScript with frameworks like Angular or React.js.
• Experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in STEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, business managers, and product owners to tackle complex challenges and transform them into software solutions.
• Design and develop advanced algorithms and applications that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to create innovative solutions.
• Lead peer code reviews and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality through System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests with business users.
• Document and guide the adoption of new systems with clear user manuals.
• Stay ahead by exploring and integrating emerging technologies to keep solutions at the forefront of innovation.
