Qualifications

• 10 years of working experience with 4 years in overseeing group consolidation.
• Experience in a Big 4 environment then a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and SGX regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee complex transaction accounting and compliance with financial standards.
• Manage external audits and provide financial analysis for business decisions.
