Job summary

Hi5 Consulting Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced VMware/ESXi specialist to design, implement, and maintain a robust VMware vSphere infrastructure. The role covers ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and vSAN, with focus on performance, availability, and documentation.

You will configure vCenter, manage DR/BC plans, and handle patches, updates, and incidents, including VM migration workflows such as vMotion. This position requires hands-on expertise and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, implementation, and maintenance of VMware vSphere environments.
• Experience with ESXi, vCenter, vSAN and related VMware components.
• Ability to configure and manage virtual networks and storage.
• Proven skills in DR/BC planning and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure.
• Configure vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and vSAN.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and availability.
• Create and maintain documentation for the VMware environment.
• Plan and execute DR/BC exercises and ongoing improvements.
• Manage VM migration, vMotion, and related VMware components.
• Handle patches, updates, and outages resolution.
