Job summary

National University Hospital is seeking a creative video content producer to join the NUH Communications team. You will develop and deliver multimedia content to support NUH's branding and internal communications objectives.

You will lead end-to-end content production from concept to final output, optimise content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and internal channels, and apply AI tools to enhance ideation, editing and distribution.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mass Communications or related disciplines.
Relevant work experience in video production and content creation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative, meticulous and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and other editing tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver creative visual and multimedia content to support NUH's branding, organisational profiling, stakeholder engagement and internal communications objectives across digital, social media and internal platforms.
Lead and/or support end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production.
Optimise content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and internal communications channels.
Monitor social media trends and audience insights to create timely, relevant and engaging content.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation, production workflows and editing efficiency.
