Job summary

PSC Biotech Singapore is seeking a dedicated validation professional to support GMP-compliant projects across client sites. You will complete assignments, prepare IQ/OQ/PQ documents, and collaborate with client teams during validation activities.

The role requires a chemical engineering degree, 6+ years GMP experience, strong communication, and readiness to work on a contract basis at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in GMP facilities and cGMP requirements.
• Minimum 6 years of GMP experience in biotech or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in process control systems (PLC, DCS and/or SCADA) and validation instruments such as Kaye Validator.
• High energy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Well presented and comfortable with contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments as specified by the Validation Project Manager.
• Provide timely updates to the Validation Project Manager.
• Adhere to site safety practices; wear safety equipment when required.
• Complete timesheets and expense reports promptly.
• Work in a biotech/pharmaceutical consulting environment for PSC clients.
• Collaborate with client's staff on GMP validation projects.
• Write Validation Protocols such as IQ, OQ and PQs.
• Execute Validation Protocols such as IQ, OQ and PQs.
• Calibrate Thermocouples for Temperature Mapping Studies.
• Analyze data from validation studies and generate reports.
• Create Validation Risk Assessments.
