We are searching for a Senior UX Designer/Researcher to join our dynamic team at the forefront of Singapore's digital transformation, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users.


• Lead and participate in the UX design process from ideation to launch for project in its discovery stage.


• Conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, pain points, behaviour and needs. Translate insights into actionable design solutions.


• Develop high-quality design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) based on research findings that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.


• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look like.


• Conduct usability testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.


• Design the overall structure and behaviour of the system, information flows and workflows.


• Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables your users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.


• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Job Requirements

• Singaporean only.


• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Product Designer or UX Designer, particularly in 0-to-1 projects (from ideation to launch).


• Prior experience in designing websites and mobile apps.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or similar.


• Knowing how to code (HTML, CSS, etc) will be advantageous.


• Strong stakeholder management and Excellent communication skills.


• Experience in Government projects/ Public facing projects will be an added advantage.


• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
