Duties

• Partner cross-functionally with product management, design, content strategy, data science, and engineering to identify important research questions
• Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research studies that span different phase of product development cycle.
• Identify the right research methodologies and execute with rigor.
• Collaborate closely with other UX researchers to leverage and build upon knowledge.
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
• Generate insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium and long-term product strategy.

Requirements

• Preferably MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, etc.) or equivalent
• Min. 5+ years experience in applied product research
• Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research method will be highly preferred
