Responsibilities

Create and maintain design documentation, specs, guidelines, and rationale.
Evolve common components within the design system for scalability.
Document component behaviour, states, variants, and usage guidelines for developers.
Design workflows and journeys, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers and developers on feasibility and implementation approaches.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
