Job summary

RENOEXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Tunnel Construction Supervisor based in Singapore with at least 10 years of tunnel experience to oversee crew, coordinate operations, and ensure safety on site.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read construction drawings and method statements, and the habit of conducting toolbox talks while coordinating with engineers and safety personnel. Immediate joining is preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of tunnel construction experience
• Strong experience in tunnelling and underground construction works
• Experience supervising workers, operators and subcontractors
• Able to understand construction drawings, method statements and project specifications
• Knowledge of daily tunnel operations, excavation, lifting and machinery coordination
• Able to monitor work progress, quality and site safety
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow safety procedures
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, safety personnel and project management
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to prepare daily progress and manpower reports
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
