Join our Trust team and be part of something meaningful. In this role, you will be managing client trust portfolios, ensuring everything runs smoothly and complies with relevant regulations. You will work alongside professional advisors, investment managers, and banks, helping to administer trusts and provide key support to clients.
From maintaining accurate trust records to assisting with distributions, invoicing, and documentation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge of trusts, fiduciary responsibilities, and estate planning while honing your client servicing skills.
Assist with day-to-day administration of trust portfolios and the underlying structure, including but not limited to opening new bank or brokerage accounts, distribution to beneficiaries, fund transfer, and any work that is required.
Work with professional advisors, investment managers and banks on trust administration related matters.
Assist with periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure they are being administered in accordance with the trust deeds, the company’s policies, and legal and tax requirements.
Assist in maintaining accurate and updated trust records.
Assist to prepare trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents as guided by the Supervisor.
Assist in invoicing and debtor collection on timely manner
Provide any other assistance as required by your supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Trust Administration.
Strong understanding of trust laws, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality with high ethical standards when handling sensitive client data.
STEP qualification is a plus.
