JERA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Treasury Specialist to lead harmonisation of Treasury processes, support cash management, funding, collateral and ARAP controls across the organisation.

You will design automation, implement AI/ML use cases, oversee daily cash positioning, strengthen payment controls, and mentor Treasury Operations and ARAP colleagues. This role spans Singapore, London, Tokyo, Houston and Brisbane entities, requiring strong data and cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in corporate Treasury, banking, financial operations or data‑intensive finance roles.
• Hands-on experience with Excel/VBA, Power BI and Python; able to explain solutions built or maintained.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, payments, reconciliations, funding and liquidity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury process automation and harmonisation across reporting, reconciliations, controls and workflows.
• Define and track Treasury performance measures benchmarked against market practice.
• Support TMS feasibility studies with process mapping and data specs.
• Identify, pilot and scale AI/ML use cases with clear business cases and governance.
• Design, build and maintain data flows between Treasury, Accounting and banking systems.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, funding, payments, approvals and audit trails.
• Strengthen payment controls, digressions handling and contingency planning across channels.
• Improve collateral, margining, and intercompany liquidity reporting across entities.
