Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, AI, data, product, platform, or digital transformation programmes.
• Direct ownership of complex portfolios, senior stakeholder management, delivery governance.
• Track record of scaling technology from prototype to production.
• Experience with public-sector environments and governance is highly relevant.
• Ability to engage credibly with lead engineers, data scientists, security, policy teams, and agency leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year AI strategy aligned with transportation priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, governance, and delivery.
• Oversee development of AI infrastructure, evaluations, guardrails, and deployment playbooks.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary AI leadership team across functions.
