Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites an experienced finance professional to join our team in managing daily banking activities and trade finance operations. You will handle LC, BG, TR instruments, loan renewals, and document submissions while coordinating with banks and internal teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in banking facilities or trade finance, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to ensure accurate financing records and timely funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in banking facilities, trade finance, or related areas.
• Familiarity with banking loan processes and trade finance instruments, including LC, BG, TR, and working capital.
• Basic financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements and associated data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective liaison with banks and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and focused on execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage pressure, and accommodate travel as required.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily banking and financing activities, including managing working capital loans and trade financing.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding financing applications, document submissions, and loan renewals.
• Prepare financing-related documentation, such as financial data, operational information, and banking forms.
• Support trade finance operations involving Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Trust Receipts (TR), and other banking products.
• Maintain financing records, track loan schedules, and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Collaborate with the finance team on fund arrangements, data consolidation, and basic financing cost analysis.
• Handle finance-related administrative tasks, including report preparation and internal coordination.
• Monitor banking policies and financing market developments relevant to the company's operations.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.
