Job summary

xscend resources group pte. ltd. is seeking a-site supervisor for tiling/marble/granite works on multiple projects in Singapore. You will supervise daily site activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with internal and external parties to meet schedules.

The role requires at least high school or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years tiling experience, with ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• At least high school level or certificate above.
• Minimum 3 years experience in tiling works.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily work arrangement, ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• In charge of setting out for tiling works.
• Can draw simple setting out drawing.
• Work closely with the other subcon on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Handle all site material calculation,and make sure no waste
• Understanding marble polishing works
• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.
