Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead test development for our hearing aid manufacturing lines. You will design, implement, and validate automated test systems and software, collaborating across engineering functions to ensure robust test coverage and reliable production readiness.

The role emphasizes developing test algorithms, fixtures, and data analysis tools using C, C++, C#, WPF, and .NET Core, with focus on high-volume production and NPI deployment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing or manufacturing test development, test engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs is highly desirable.
• Experience in medical devices, hearing aids, consumer electronics, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, validate, and maintain automated test systems and software for manufacturing and production testing.
• Develop and support manufacturing test solutions for high-volume production environments.
• Develop and maintain test software applications using C, C++, C#, WPF, and .NET Core technologies.
• Develop test algorithms, automation tools, and data analysis applications to improve test effectiveness and manufacturing performance.
• Design and implement test fixtures, hardware interfaces, jigs, and related test equipment.
• Ensure test systems meet product specifications, reliability targets, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors in the development, maintenance, and optimization of test hardware and fixtures.
• Analyze existing test methodologies, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing test cycle time, improving manufacturing yield, increasing automation, enhancing test coverage and reliability.
• Implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop, qualify, and validate manufacturing test systems for new products.
