Job summary

Jabil is seeking a technical leader for test engineering focused on medical devices and IVD systems. The role drives NPI, validation strategy, and continuous improvement while engaging customers and audits.

Responsibilities include leading Test Engineers, defining test architecture, and ensuring regulatory compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards. Strong expertise in LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, and C# is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 5 to 8+ years of test engineering experience.
• 3+ years of medical device or IVD analyzer experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of NPI, validation programs, customer transfer, and audit support

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and guide Test Engineer I and II resources; establish standards and training plans.
• Review validation plans and test readiness deliverables; drive cross-functional problem solving.
• Define test strategy; approve test station design, validation strategy, and automation architecture.
• Serve as SME for IVD analyzer testing and lead complex failure analysis.
• Lead FDA, ISO 13485, MDSAP audits and ensure inspection readiness.
• Act as technical escalation point for customer programs and present validation results.
