Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of test engineering experience.
• Experience with medical device/IVD testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and guide Test Engineer I and II resources.
• Establish test engineering standards and training plans.
• Review validation plans and test readiness deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional problem solving with Manufacturing, Quality, Process, IT, and Customer teams.
• Define test strategy and approve test station design.
• Evaluate and implement new test technologies for quality and efficiency.
• Lead FDA, ISO 13485, MDSAP audit support related to test engineering.
