Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager to lead or be part of the product delivery teams, in the areas of agile development of web and mobile and delivery of mobile external customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead for a group of developers, and responsible for code reviews, standards, and development of multiple lines of releases
• Work with business on developing and deploying mobile and web products, integration using APIs with existing IT platforms, and develop fit for purpose solution that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmap
• Hands-on to work and support the team on programming, code reviews etc.
• Work well with vendors and developers
• Work with different teams of business and system analysts to implement IT applications and platforms effectively and efficiently
• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders and be accountable for projects deliverables.
• Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT team

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 15 years of experience in mobile development including the use of mobile development platforms or DevOps experience in implementing mobile and web related external customer-facing products
• At least 5 years in managing and delivering development IT projects related to real estate, customer relationship, building construction or related fields
• Have played project roles of team leads, project manager, business analyst, solution architect and software developer
• Excellent coding and solutioning skills in Full-Stack
• Familiar with secured coding practices
• Good written & verbal skills, able to communicate with all levels of management & staff
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin; the candidate may be required to work closely with IT teams and vendors in the different regions.
• Having people management skills (leading teams) would be a consideration for more senior positions
