Job summary

Royal Plaza On Scotts in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technician/Technician to perform daily routine, periodic and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring workmanship aligned to SOP.

The role requires independent work under minimal supervision, attention to energy consumption, and providing a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff. Candidates with relevant hospitality maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Senior Technician / Technician

Are you someone who is service-oriented and works independently under minimum supervision?

Your primary role in the Engineering team is to execute the daily routine, periodic and preventive maintenance works for the hotel’s building, facilities and equipment with a high level of workmanship aligned to the hotel’s SOP.

Other responsibilities include (but not limited to) attending to all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring efficient energy consumption and continuously providing a safe and comfortable environment and facilities to our internal and external guests.

Individuals with 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for the position of a Senior Technician if you have planned for preventive maintenance schedules, solicit quotations from contractors and delegated/ supervised projects.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC 3 / NTC 2 / Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical
• Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Candidate with an Electrical worker license will be advantageous.
