Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O levels or Higher Certificate in Healthcare.
• Previous experience in TSSU/CSSD.
• Experience with T-Doc system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

You shall be responsible for the sterilization and maintenance of instruments and utensils required by operating theatres and inpatients wards in accordance with infection control policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform high standard of disinfection, sterilizing, storage and distribution of instruments and instrument sets to various operating theatres and inpatients wards.
• To perform biological and chemical monitoring and documentation in accordance with quality assurance standard.
• Have good knowledge on all aspects of the sterilization processes and maintain the desired practices and procedures to meet safety, environmental and infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N or O levels or Higher Certificate in Healthcare.
• Previous experience in TSSU/CSSD.
• Experience especially in T-Doc system will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to do morning and afternoon shifts, with possible extended hours.
