What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot critical system failures
• Document all maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
• Collaborate with project managers to execute facility upgrades and improvements
• Train and mentor junior technicians, embodying our belief that we're stronger when we work together
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes across all serviced properties

Required Qualifications:

• NITEC in HVAC, electrical systems, or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or technical operations
• Valid certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or related specialty
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and preventive maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends for emergency responses
