Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for assigned products or solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support including solution design, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer, distributor, and partner relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive account and pipeline management.
Product Management
  • Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle—from introduction to phase-out.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies, marketing activities, and promotional initiatives.
  • Deliver product training to internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams on product issues or enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or application engineering.
  • Experience in optical, mechanical, precision engineering, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing optical components, mechanical assemblies, or engineered systems for industrial/OEM customers.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
  • Exposure to assembly operations and collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Familiarity with supply chain activities such as sourcing, customization, and technical validation.
