Job summary

Databricks Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the Professional Services delivery across ASEAN and Greater China. You will drive project success, align delivery with commercial goals, and coordinate handovers from sales to delivery teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure accurate project reporting while traveling across the region to ensure customer outcomes and adoption of Data + AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing and overseeing big data projects
• Teams up to 5 people
• Enterprise-scale projects with global deployments ideally in big data/analytics
• PMI/PRINCE/AGILE certification in project delivery
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to mentor team members
• Initiative, determination and high resourcefulness
• Strong commercial focus with T&M and Fixed Price engagements
• Willingness to travel across the ASEAN region and Greater China

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all commercial delivery of services from a project administration and director perspective across concurrent projects in ASEAN and Greater China
• Define, manage, scope and mitigate risk across projects including reporting milestones and financial management
• Coordinate handover from sales to delivery teams with account management
• Ensure accurate reporting on projects and keep stakeholders updated on activity and success
