Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of experience in Thin Film research and development for NAND process.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with vendors.
• Proven ability in mentoring engineers and architecting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for cell film development.
• Drive multi-functional projects and influence technical standards.
• Mentor engineers and build SME pipelines for Cell Films.
