Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Singapore seeks a skilled Avaloq specialist to lead testing (SIT/UAT) and development/configuration tasks within complex projects. You will guide a team of developers, perform code reviews, and ensure QA processes are followed to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, prepare status reports, and oversee feasibility assessments and architectural best practices. ABRS certification is not required.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

• Conduct A&D (Analysis and Design) and impact assessment for the client
• Provide solutions, development, as needed
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by internal and external stakeholders
• Design and prepare test cases, including BAU non-Regression scenarios
• Execute test cases and document corresponding test evidence
• Provide walkthroughs / workshops to internal and external stakeholders, as needed, including handovers
• Provide support to the Project Manager and Test Manager in all project activities
