The Opportunity

Are you a technical expert who thrives at the intersection of engineering and global supply chain? We are representing a leading global player in semiconductor and electronics assembly hardware seeking a Technical Engineer to lead their Contract Manufacturing (CM) partnerships across Asia.

The Role

You will be the "Technical Voice" for the company at our manufacturing partner sites. This isn't a desk job—you will be on the front lines of production line setups, troubleshooting complex equipment subsystems (Servo, Mechanical, Firmware), and ensuring "Copy-Exact" standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Tech Transfers: Manage the end-to-end technical qualification (FAI, PPAP) for external manufacturing lines.

• Problem Solve: Act as the Tier-3 support for troubleshooting PCBA, pneumatic, and electronic integration issues.

• Drive Excellence: Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to optimize test coverage and cost efficiency.

The Requirements

Degree in Mechatronics, EE, or similar.
5+ years in equipment architecture or system integration.
A "road warrior" mindset: Ready to travel across SE Asia and East Asia.
