Job summary

National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore invites applications for Senior Technical Specialist in the Mathematics & Mathematics Education Department. You will manage outreach events, provide IT/AV support, and oversee the MME website, social media, and server maintenance.

Additionally, you will handle video recording/editing of events, assist with workload systems and lab bookings, and support finance-related activities including software licenses and fixed assets management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; computer/tech interest is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage MME Outreach events such as the annual conference and colloquium.
• Provide IT/AV support for MME Department and related labs.
• Oversee MME website, social media, and server management.
• Record and edit videos of MME events.
• Assist Head MME with workload systems and facility bookings.
• Handle finance-related tasks: procurement, licenses, assets, and reports.
