Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, seeks a Tech Lead to drive design and delivery of scalable, secure technology solutions for financial services clients. You will provide hands-on leadership across API, microservice, data, and cloud architectures in Agile settings.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering, strong collaboration skills, and a track record leading engineering teams. Expect exposure to cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments with data-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering required.
• 10+ years in software engineering or technology delivery with leadership.
• Strong hands-on software development background and team leadership.
• Experience with modern architecture, APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency in data modelling, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into practical technical designs and patterns.
