A leading charity organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead their Early Intervention Programme. The role involves overseeing the curriculum, mentoring and coaching teachers, and managing resources. A minimum degree and at least 6 years of experience in early intervention with families and children are required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for nurturing young children.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the A/Head of Department (Teaching).
Role: To lead the teachers in working towards the Division, Centre and programme goals in close partnership with the Therapists, Social Workers, Psychology Associates, Administrative Staff and Families of the children. To ensure the smooth daily operations of the Early Intervention Programme.
