Job summary

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician to lead and grow the TCM Practice in Singapore.

You will formulate strategy, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and provide acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and tuina therapy to patients. You will stay abreast of developments in TCM across Singapore and China, support clinic activities and community outreach, and ensure compliance with MOH regulations while delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Singapore TCM Board registration.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the TCM Practice; formulate strategy with healthcare colleagues.
• Assess patients and provide TCM treatments, including acupuncture, herbs, and tuina.
• Elevate TCM standards and coordinate with Clinical Ops on daily operations.
• Keep up with TCM developments in China, Singapore and beyond.
• Support clinic activities, health talks and community outreach.
• Adhere to TCM Code of Conduct and MOH regulations.
• Duties as assigned.
