Job summary

Genting Singapore Limited is seeking a senior tax leader to oversee compliance, advisory and planning for the group. You will manage direct and indirect tax returns, transfer pricing, CbCR, and global tax submissions, while ensuring robust controls and audit readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, support commercial decisions, and mentor a team to uphold integrity and continuous improvement in tax processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience in Big 4 and/or in-house roles.
• Self-driven with ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong tax knowledge and technical expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Confident in presenting to management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group’s tax compliance, advisory, planning and risk management.
• Direct preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
• Lead transfer pricing, CbCR and Global Minimum Tax submissions.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end tax provisions and deferred tax.
• Maintain audit-ready tax controls and documentation.
• Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors and authorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on commercial contracts and projects.
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting integrity and collaboration.
