Job summary

Search Avenue Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead its tax team, overseeing corporate, partnership, and personal taxes, as well as GST compliance under IRAS regulations.

The role requires SCTP accreditation, minimum 5 years of tax experience in an audit environment, and strong leadership, advisory, and communication skills to drive client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Accredited Tax Advisor or Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST) with SCTP
• Minimum 5 years tax experience, preferably in an audit firm
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and IRAS requirements
• Proven leadership, team management and client advisory skills
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Review tax work prepared by team members and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee corporate, partnership, and personal tax submissions (15 April for partnership/personal tax; 30 November for corporate tax).
• Review replies to IRAS tax queries and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Conduct reviews on GST ASK and ACAP, preparing relevant reports.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and instructions to team members.
• Prepare departmental annual budget and ensure monthly billing meets targets.
• Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SCTP standards and IRAS regulations.
