As a Consulting Analyst focusing and specializing in employee engagement survey projects, you will partner with project team members and clients to understand their organizational priorities and how these impact employee experiences. You will play a key role in the designing, analyzing, and delivering actionable insights from engagement surveys, ensuring that client needs are met through data-driven recommendations and collaborative project management.
