What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Regional Talent Projects: Own and drive end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns across Singapore and SEA, delivering results that fuel business growth.
• Strategic Hiring Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and deliver high‑impact hiring strategies.
• Craft Compelling Job Ads: Write engaging, tailored job postings that attract the right candidates across multiple channels.
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and manage top talent across diverse sectors, using a mix of sourcing techniques and market insight.
• Seamless Recruitment Process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep things moving, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Act as a trusted advisor throughout the offer process, managing salary expectations, handling negotiations, and securing top hires.
