Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking an experienced T24 Securities Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery for complex banking initiatives involving securities products and integrations.

The role requires deep functional expertise in the Temenos T24/Transact Securities module and the ability to lead workshops, perform gap analyses, and coordinate across business, product, architecture, and testing teams to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a T24/Transact Business Analyst.
• Hands-on functional experience in the T24 Securities module.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, preparing functional specs, and designing solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent presentation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Analyst and SME for the T24 Securities module.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specs, process flows, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver robust solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions leveraging T24 capabilities and best practices.
• Drive requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, impact assessments, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
• Define and validate upstream and downstream integration requirements with interfacing teams.
• Ensure designs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements and operational processes.
