Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior HBM Customer Systems Validation Engineer in Singapore to lead system validation, failure analysis, and experimentation for customer systems.

You will design experiments, run diagnostics, and present data to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design wins. The role requires strong Linux, Python/C/C++, and algorithmic analytics skills, plus experience with lab hardware like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• >4 years of experience or >3 years for Masters/PhD level, respectively.
• Experience with Linux, Python/C/C++, and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and teamwork.
• Good communication, data analytics and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking.

Responsibilities

• System-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems.
• Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze data, create custom tools (hardware and software).
• Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations and with Micron labs.
• Work with customers and memory enablers to attain design wins and qualifications.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, FAE, QA, and business units.
• Develop software to interpret data and create DOE strategies.
• Create test scripts and modify hardware to control test parameters.
