Job summary

ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd. invites a seasoned Senior Systems and Network Engineer to maintain and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure for clients in a dynamic, security-focused environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across Windows, RHEL, and network devices. You will lead root-cause analyses, manage incidents, and coordinate with client teams and service providers to ensure continuous business operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in IT infrastructure management or information security.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and RHEL operating systems.
• Experience with patch management, incident and problem management.
• OT exposure is an advantage with adaptability to varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis for complex incidents and serve as escalation point.
• Maintain and secure IT infrastructure; manage servers and network devices.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance for reliability and uptime.
• Advise on performance, capacity planning, and optimization strategies.
• Implement and enforce security controls, patching, access management, hardening.
• Follow Change/Release Management for patches and updates.
• Document configurations, SOPs, recovery procedures, and incident records.
• Coordinate with client teams, internal units, and service providers.
• Communicate risks and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate autonomy, prioritisation, and ownership of tasks.
• Support 24x7 standby duties as required.
