Job summary

ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems and Network Engineer to lead and maintain enterprise IT infrastructures, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.

You will handle incident resolution, patch management, and security hardening while coordinating with client teams and OT services to ensure business continuity.

The role is based at Jurong East with 24x7 standby support as required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or information security.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and RHEL, networks, and security principles.
• Experience in incident management, patch management, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis initiatives and escalate complex incidents.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers, network devices, and OS (Windows, RHEL).
• Manage incidents and problems to restore services within SLAs.
• Advise clients on performance, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure.
• Implement security controls including patch management, vulnerability remediation, access control, and system hardening.
• Apply security patches and changes following Change and Release Management protocols.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports such as post-mortems and RCA reports.
• Collaborate with client teams, internal groups, and external providers for integrated IT/OT operations.
• Communicate risks, impacts, and solutions to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate ownership and readiness for 24x7 standby duties.
