Job description

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for maintenance, enhancement and support of SAP ISU FICA / ERP FICO application systems and implementation of related projects.
• Supporting Java based application in BAU operations, technical troubleshooting and audit activities.
• Ensure project and enhancement objectives are met and delivered using full SDLC, including post implementation review.
• Engage business users to discuss approaches, new projects, and enhancements.
• Analyse and refine business and technical requirements and translate into effective applications and process design.
• Ensure batch jobs are designed to run smoothly and efficiently without application related errors.
• Performing feasibility study assessment and executing change requests.
• Conducting retrofit testing and participating in SAP-related project activities.
• Be a SME lead for the modules assigned and collaborate with business and project teams on application support activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Information Systems / Technology, Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Able to engage business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects and enhancements successfully.
• Able to handle multiple projects and enhancements and manage priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Keen to learn and able to apply acquired knowledge and skills.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in system development, design, and implementation in SAP ISU FICA / ERP FICO module
