Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and pain points.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed IT solutions.
• Develop business cases highlighting benefits, risks, and ROI of cloud and web-based initiatives.
• Review and map existing processes to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using cloud-native and low-code platforms.
• Develop strategic reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead the design and development of solutions using Azure services, full stack technologies (React, Node.js, .NET), and OutSystems.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure technical alignment and scalability.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Develop and execute change management plans for new systems and upgrades.
• Create technical documentation and training materials tailored to end-users.
• Conduct training sessions and act as a point of contact for complex queries.
• Plan and track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Champion agile practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in application development, business analysis, or tech leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Full Stack Web Development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, backend APIs).
• Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.
