Job Description

• Lead project management activities for ERP applications used by companies in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide daily support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and system maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in implementing new ERP modules or updates, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with the Japan ERP team to plan and promote new projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize ERP functionality.
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
• Facilitate communication between regional offices and the Japan headquarters to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Support training sessions and create user documentation to enhance system adoption across teams.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Proven experience in IT application support, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and end-users.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities effectively.
