Job summary

black swan group pte. ltd. is seeking a senior consultant to enhance reconciliation, cash flow, and regulatory reporting through automation and TLM platform optimization in Singapore.

The role involves contributing to audit publications, configuring TLM applications, and delivering scalable solutions with strong stakeholder communication. Aimed at candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience and deep TLM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Smart Stream TLM Application suite including TLM Control, TLM Smart studio, TLM Recon admin to support enhance and develop the platform.
• Solid knowledge of a RDBMS, at least Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server. DBA qualifications advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of at least two OS: Windows, Unix and/or Linux.
• Experience with configuration/implementation using front-end tools, DB updates, ETL data transformations.
• Experience with TLM solution config and implementation with users/project team to design, build, test and deliver solutions.
• Experience in unit testing, system integration & UAT.
• Writing test cases, tests design and config/code management, dev/test environments maintenance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of solutions using Smart Stream TLM Suite to support enhance and develop the platform.
• TLM Solution config and implementation with users/project team to design, build, test and deliver the solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Execute unit testing, system integration & UAT.
• Configuration/code management and maintenance of dev/test environment.
• Follow governance and provide updates to project & business stakeholders.

Project Description:

The project is focused on enhancing reconciliation processes, cash flow management, nostro account monitoring, and regulatory reporting through automation and system optimization initiatives.

The consultant will be responsible for contributing to key deliverables, including the publication of audit reports to iSTOR, implementation and enhancement of TLM reconciliation processes, static data configuration and setup, and overall process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and control frameworks.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• -6+years of relevant experience
• - Strong experience in Smart Stream TLM Application suite including TLM Control, TLM Smart studio, TLM Recon (TLM 3.X is mandatory) admin to support enhance and develop the platform
• - Solid knowledge of a RDBMS in particular at least one of Oracle, Sybase & SQL Server. Certified DBA qualifications would be advantageous.
• - Solid knowledge of at least two operating systems including Windows, Unix, and/or LINUX
• - Solid solution configuration/ implementation skills including the ability to configure business applications using front end tools, database table updates, and data transformation tools (ETL).
• - Have worked on TLM Solution config and implementation working with users/project team to design, build, test and deliver the solutions
• - Experience in unit testing, system integration & user acceptance testing,
• - Writing test case, test design and configuration/code management and maintenance of dev/test environment
• - Good communication skills and stakeholder management
