Job summary

Lumileds Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Senior/Engineer. You will design and implement robust optimization solutions to improve planning and execution across the supply chain, in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities include leading optimization projects within Agile teams, supporting bespoke planning/execution tools, analyzing methodologies, and coaching stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading optimization projects using CPlex, IBM ILOG, or similar commercial solvers.
• Ability to analyze Java and/or .NET code to understand data processing logic.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Degree/Masters/PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years in operations research or optimization (or 3+ years with a PhD).

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization projects in an Agile environment to deliver timely results.
• Develop and refine customized planning and execution solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide first and second level support for optimization programs.
• Analyze methodologies and implement robust process improvements to reduce inventory or improve service levels.
• Drive consolidation toward harmonized supply chain processes.
• Provide coaching and training on new methods and tools across functions through workshops and reports.
