Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to lead supplier selection, audits, and quality program development in Singapore. You will drive CAPA with suppliers and collaborate with engineering, production and QA teams to ensure defects are eliminated at the source.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in supplier quality within manufacturing, with ISO 9001 and IATF16949 expertise, and strong leadership abilities to build a Supplier Quality Engineering team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years supplier quality management in manufacturing.
Experience with PCBA and precision metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier selection and audits to verify quality systems.
Develop and maintain supplier quality programs and agreements.
Monitor supplier performance against on-time delivery and quality metrics.
Drive CAPA with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Build and mentor the Supplier Quality Engineering team.
Identify risk and develop contingency plans.
Ensure zero non-conformance at supplier level before IQA.
